This is Official

The seal displayed above (hereinafter “the Seal”) is issued, displayed, and recognized in accordance with such terms as may apply, whether or not they have been read, agreed to, or written.

Any person, entity, organization, website, product, service, event, occasion, or other thing, whether tangible, intangible, existing, or merely proposed (hereinafter “the Party”), displaying the Seal shall, by virtue of such display, be deemed Official. No further verification, authorization, or understanding of what constitutes Official shall be required.

Display of the Seal by the Party constitutes acceptance of the Seal, the Party, and these terms, in that order or any other. Official status shall take effect upon display of the Seal, the date of conferral, or such earlier date as may be convenient. Such status shall remain in effect unless otherwise determined, whether or not such determination has been made.

Official status may be revised, renewed, suspended, reaffirmed, or reconsidered at any time, including retroactively and without notice to any party, including the Party. Any challenge to Official status shall be considered unofficial pending Official review.
